1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for most products purchased on superrapic.com. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Be in a resellable condition (e.g., tags still attached, no damage, no signs of use).
- Be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@superrapic.com. You will be provided with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
2. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return procedure and indicate that you are requesting an exchange. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or a store credit.
3. Refunds
Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
If the item you received is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra charge.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return. These include:

- Custom-made products
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Perishable items or accessories that have been opened or used
5. Damaged or Defective Items
